The ever obliging Jason from <a class="offsite-link-inline" target="_blank" href="http://www.greengrocercycling.com.au/">Greengrocer cycling</a> in Goulburn encouraged this crew out for a pleasant Saturday morning ride to Collector the other day, and ended up having a coffee and scone at the Cafe. My daughter and son-in-law bought this home from a closing down sale at a garden centre. </p><p><span class="full-image-float-left"><img src="http://www.lynwoodpreserves.com.au/storage/lemonade_cart.jpg" alt="lemonade_cart.jpg" /></span>It had spent a life laden with pots and plants of all descriptions, and with everything on sale my daughter Kate was bold enough to ask whether the trolley was for sale too!</p><p>Anyway, it arrived on the back of a friend's ute the other day, and it has certainly got tongues wagging and entrepreneurial minds working.</p><p>My son Robert saw a great future in it for our local Collector market gardener to use to sell his beautiful produce - his capsicums are sensational, while I see it as the perfect lemonade stand for my two granddaughters. Kate - who really owns it now - has all manner of plans for it.</p><p>Whatever happens to it, we are all agreed that of itself it is quite a beautiful object on its own, so it currently resides in the all-too occasional boules (or petanque) court section at the Cafe.</p><p>With Christmas around the corner, though we have little time to stop and think about fixing it up for whatever purpose - I am busily making as much as I can in the preserves kitchen, and Rob is equally busy with his team in the Cafe with a string of Christmas functions.&nbsp;</p><p>Watch out, though - what has quickly become known as the Lynwood Lemonade stand looks certain to make an appearance somewhere other than its present location...&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description><wfw:commentRss>http://www.lynwoodpreserves.com.au/seasonal-musings-blog/rss-comments-entry-1395468.xml</wfw:commentRss></item></channel></rss>
